Mutual visits between Armenian and Azerbaijani representatives contribute to situation’s normalization, Aliyev says

Since the signing of the joint declaration at the White House, numerous events have taken place, including the start of trade relations, in particular the export of petroleum products from Azerbaijan to Armenia, Azerbaijani media report, citing a statement by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at a press conference with Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan.

Referring to reciprocal visits and meetings between representatives of civil society and media from Armenia and Azerbaijan, Aliyev stressed that such contacts contribute to the normalization of the situation.
