2 drones from Russian territory fall into Latvia

Two drones from Russian territory have crashed into Latvian territory, the country’s defense ministry has reported.

According to the Latvian newspaper LSM, one of the drones crashed on the premises of a branch of the East-West Transit oil company in the city of Rēzekne, near the Russian border. The drone reportedly struck empty oil tanks.

The crash site of the second drone has not yet been identified.
