Moscow accuses Kyiv of violating ceasefire

Russia’s defense ministry has announced that since the start of the ceasefire declared by Russia, the country’s air defense forces have shot down 264 Ukrainian drones overnight. According to the ministry, 20 drones were heading toward Moscow after midnight.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova called on diplomats to leave Kyiv amid threats of a “retaliatory strike” by Russia.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, for his part, said: “Russia has fought to the point that even their main parade now depends on us.”
