Zakharova says Russian ambassador to Armenia in Moscow for consultations

Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin, is currently in Moscow for consultations, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told TASS.

Kopirkin had previously been summoned to the Russian capital for consultations regarding steps taken by Armenia’s leadership toward closer ties with the European Union.

“He is in Moscow, holding consultations,” Zakharova said.
