US approves TRIPP Development Company establishment

The US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Board of Directors today approved on June 3 a series of new strategic investments, including the establishment of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) Development Company—a joint Armenian–US venture aimed at supporting trade, transport, economic development, and regional connectivity, the US Embassy in Armenia reports.

According to the DFC, the company will support the implementation of key infrastructure projects, including railways, roads, pipelines, fiber-optic networks, and others.
