Ishkhan Saghatelyan says at emergency press briefing that authorities distribute bribes in cash

The current ruling system has launched mass repressions against supporters and campaign office heads, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, a parliamentary candidate from the Armenia Alliance, said at an emergency press briefing today.
