Israel’s defense minister says his country could resume war with Iran ‘as early as tomorrow’
Israel could resume its war with Iran “as early as tomorrow” if missile strikes are launched against its territory, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has said.
According to him, the resumption of hostilities could occur under two scenarios: first, if US President Donald Trump concludes that negotiations with Tehran have failed and are exhausted; and second, if Iran carries out a missile attack on Israel.
“If Iran fires missiles at Israel, Israel will respond with force. We will not accept any situation in which Iran fires missiles at Israel. This has also been communicated to the United States. The Israel Defense Forces are fully prepared, and targets for strikes have already been designated,” Katz stated.
