Amnesty International calls for Netanyahu’s arrest

Amnesty International representative Erika Guevara Rosas has called for the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and for him to stand trial before the International Criminal Court (ICC), Al Jazeera reports.

“US authorities should uphold human rights and respect the rule of law,” Rosas said in a post on X.

The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu in 2024, accusing him of committing war crimes in Gaza.
