Borrell: The EU will impose sanctions on companies from different countries trying to circumvent restrictions on Russia
As part of the further 13th package of sanctions against Russia, the EU will impose restrictive measures against companies from different countries which, according to the EU, try to circumvent sanctions against Moscow, TASS writes.
“Sanctions will affect many people and institutions, as well as companies from different countries trying to circumvent our sanctions,” High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said in a press conference in Warsaw.
According to Borrell, they keep working on the new package of sanctions. It will be approved by Feb. 24, ahead of the second year of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
