On the occasion of the Day of Citizen, the RA MoESCS proposed to implement an educational project in schools under the title of “Homeland is the State”. This project has not received approval from experts. According to them, such wording separates the homeland from the state. The borders of the homeland cannot be changed, while the borders of the state can. Without one, the existence of the other is impossible.
