Technical characteristics of the crashed plane

What is known about the crashed plane? It was produced in 1974 for training purposes and was discontinued in 1998. Since there is no information about the purchase of these planes, it can be assumed that we received them as a legacy from the Soviet Union and that they are on the DOSAAF balance sheet.
