Deer “attack” Scottish village

Deer have settled in a Scottish village and refuse to leave, the Daily Mail writes. Local residents are not satisfied with such a situation.

According to the residents of Lochinver village, the deer appeared there due to the tourists who fed them. Now the animals, that are used to permanent feeding, have dramatically increased their population levels and do not want to go back to the forest.

People complain that deer can damage cars and gardens, and when residents try to drive them off their property, the animals become aggressive. In addition, the “guests” of the village carry ticks and can cause the spread of dangerous diseases.

Local authorities tried to keep the deer behind special fences, but this did not work.
