Canada is a non-viable country: Trump on Canada

U.S. President Donald Trump said Canada is “non-viable as a country” due to insufficient defense spending.

Trump noted that Canada spends little on defense because it relies on U.S. support, the U.S. leader told reporters.

Earlier, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had warned about a serious threat from Trump. In his opinion, the country needs to develop a long-term strategy to counter Washington.
