The Azerbaijani diaspora in the Moscow region will most likely be dissolved, as no one is willing to continue working under the current circumstances, Elshan Ibrahimov, head of the organization, told Gazeta.Ru. Ibrahimov has been stripped of Russian citizenship and deported from Russia.

“No one wants to work there — it’s a matter of national security,” he said.
