Drone destroyed over presidential palace in Warsaw

An unidentified drone flying over the presidential palace in Warsaw has been destroyed, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said in an X post.

“Just now, the State Security Service neutralized a drone flying over government buildings,” Tusk wrote.

Two Belarusian nationals have been arrested in connection with the incident; police are investigating the circumstances.

The development comes after Warsaw reported on Wednesday that more than a dozen Russian drones had been destroyed.
