Ijevan’s former mayor and his son arrested

Former Ijevan Mayor Varuzhan Nersisyan and his son have been arrested, the Anti-Corruption Committee confirmed to ABC Media.

As noted, the former mayor was detained on charges of money laundering and abuse of official authority, while his son was arrested for aiding and abetting.
