Who owns the Church? — Pashinyan threatens the Mother See

The question of church ownership as a building has once again become a topic of discussion after Nikol Pashinyan declared from the Parliament that Hovhannavank is accounted for on the government’s balance sheet.

The issue began after a defrocked priest announced he would conduct a service, to which Nikol Pashinyan and his team expressed their willingness to attend.
