Former State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Ruben
Vardanyan made a Facebook post, welcoming today’s NA statement.
Ruben Vardanyan also noted that the NA is expected to make
targeted statements, thus demanding the RA authorities to reveal the entire
negotiation process of the past five years between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Below are the rest of the points proposed by Ruben
Vardanyan:
-to rule out the possibility of signing any document on
behalf of the Republic of Artsakh without the consent of the people of Artsakh;
– to clarify the current status of relations with the
Republic of Armenia;
– to specify the format of negotiations between the Republic
of Artsakh and the Republic of Azerbaijan, and matters regarding the third
party, participants, agenda and venue of the negotiations;
-to officially announce the participation of Artsakh
authorities in the Hayakve initiative;
-to demand that the Republic of Artsakh, the Russian
Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan enter into a new trilateral
agreement;
-to stimulate the process of recognition of the Republic of
Artsakh by other countries;
-to rule out the possibility of actions conducive to gloomy
sentiments by keeping the people’s spirits up.
