Peskov: Russia and Armenia keep working to rectify the situation about Mir cards and to recover damages

Russia and Armenia continue to work to rectify the situation regarding the acceptance of Mir cards and to recover damages caused by the U.S. pressure. Spokesperson for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said this in response to TASS’s question at a press briefing.

According to the Kremlin spokesperson, the U.S. pressure does not mean that Russia stops working with its Armenian friends. “We will continue our discussions to compensate for the damage caused by the unprecedented pressure from the U.S.

The situation about Mir cards is not the result of Yerevan’s policy, but of the unprecedented pressure from the U.S.,” Peskov noted.
