Vahagn Makhsudyan, the son of reservist Col. Mihran Makhsudyan, has been charged with group hooliganism. His defender Hovhannes Khudoyan said this to ABC media.
“I am talking about the April 21 incident related to the Yerkrapah car, where the car tried to ram into the protesters. The latter tried to stop it, and some people hit the car. In particular, Makhsudyan hit the windshield of the car only once, and that was after the car got to its foot,” Khudoyan noted.
He also said that the people in the car shouted curses at both Makhsudyan and the people around him, which made Makhsudyan hit the windshield with his hand, annoyed and in pain.
“Now, the body taking the proceedings said the action was group hooliganism,” Khudoyan noted.
