External circles, unable to digest the victory of Azerbaijan, are developing new plans against the country, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev said in the first session of the Milli Mejlis of the seventh convocation.
Aliyev believes that revanchist forces are raising their heads in Armenia. “These are not only marginal political elements; the present authorities of Armenia cherish the same thoughts and dreams,” Aliyev said, noting that Armenians do not want to come to terms with the results of the Second Artsakh War.
“Although they say it with their words, their actions, policies, steps create a completely opposite image. This is evidenced by the formal existence of the Minsk Group, which has no functional significance,” Aliyev said.
At the same time, “peace-loving” Aliyev added that large-scale modernization activities are being carried out in all military factories of Azerbaijan. New equipment, weapons and ammunition are produced. The dictator of Baku did not forget to mention that “today, Azerbaijan exports products of the military-industrial complex to dozens of countries, and the geography of supplies is expanding year by year.”
