The village where the first school was opened by Alexander Griboyedov during his visit to Armenia. The well-known reservoir, which currently serves as a border line, was once a river. And the gorge there was once called “the post gorge”. Now, only Azerbaijanis travel on that post road; moreover, they are advancing.
