Musk reacts in one word to news of Putin-Trump meeting

American entrepreneur Elon Musk described the recent phone call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump as “encouraging”, Musk wrote on X.

“Encouraging,” reads the post.

Trump held a two-hour conversation with Putin on Oct. 16, saying that the discussion produced “significant progress.” The former U.S. president also mentioned plans to meet his Russian counterpart in Budapest.
