
67-million-year-old Tyrannosaurus skeleton put up for auction
A 67-million-year-old Tyrannosaurus skeleton has been put up for auction, the Financial Times reports.
The specimen is estimated to be worth at least $30 million. The auction is being conducted by Sotheby’s.
According to the report, it is one of the most complete and well-preserved skeletons of a “giant lizard” known as “Gus”.
