‘He is intelligent, not a dictator’, Lukashenko says about Kim Jong Un

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has said that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is not a dictator and, in his view, could not be one.

“I was recently in the DPRK. You know, the leader [Kim Jong Un] made a very serious impression on me. He is an intelligent man. He is young, promising, and focused on cooperation. He is not a dictator… In fact, he cannot be a dictator,” Lukashenko said.
