
Baku and Washington sign deals worth around $8B
As part of the first Azerbaijan-US economic dialogue, Baku and Washington have signed agreements worth around $8 billion, Azerbaijani media outlets report.
One of the documents is a framework agreement between Azerbaijan and the United States on “ensuring supply in the extraction and processing of critical minerals and rare earth elements.”
The agreements also cover energy, transport and transit routes, aviation, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure.
