Wildfires in France threaten military sites near Bordeaux

Wildfires sweeping through southwestern France are threatening military facilities near Bordeaux, AFP reports.

A large-scale wildfire has placed major defense and scientific facilities in western Bordeaux at risk, the agency said.

The area is home to a facility that produces fuel for M51 ballistic missiles.
