Samvel Shahramanyan meets “Support for Artsakh Armenians” NGO members

On Nov. 9, Samvel Shahramanyan met with the members of the
newly formed NGO “Support for Artsakh Armenians”, Artsakh InfoCenter
reports. 

The president welcomed the purpose of the organization: to
support the most vulnerable groups of the Armenians displaced from Artsakh
after the latest military operations. He expressed readiness to support them in
their future undertakings. 

Samvel Shahramanyan expressed hope that the initiative will
somehow alleviate the financial plight of the families of the victims of the
latest hostilities and those of the blast at a fuel depot.
