Armenia has not yet responded to Russia’s proposal to hold interdepartmental consultations to address Yerevan’s “concerns”. Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said this at the World Youth Festival.
“Previously, we proposed holding interdepartmental consultations together with our Armenian allies in order to have detailed discussions and try to address concerns. However, we have not received an answer so far; maybe it will come right now, but we have not received it yet,” Zakharova noted.
