Every time it seems that Armenia-Russia relations can’t get any worse, the Armenian authorities outdo themselves. The Armenian-Russian confrontation has reached such a level that Russia has already resorted to rather harsh rhetoric. The thing is, on April 5, a tripartite meeting between Armenia, the EU and the U.S. will take place in Brussels.
