The military logistics vehicle, belonging to the two RA Armed Forces servicemen, missing since 7:00 p.m., May 26, was found on an inter-positional road. The vehicle was carrying food and water supplies for military outposts, RA MoD reports.
On May 26, Azerbaijani media, and afterward the State Border Service of Azerbaijan spread disinformation about the alleged infiltration attempt made by the Armenian side. Two servicemen of the RA MoD were arrested as a result. We would like to note once again that the report given by the State Border Service of Azerbaijan about the alleged infiltration attempt made by the Armenian side is a downright lie and disinformation. The Armenian side has ample evidence to deny it, which will be presented to foreign partners.
The weapon belonging to one of the servicemen was also found in the vehicle. This attests to the fact that even if the servicemen had gotten out of the car and were not able to find their way around, they could not have pursued subversive actions. Intensive work is being done to reveal the circumstances of the illegal kidnapping of the Armenian servicemen by Azerbaijan.
